  • The funny thing about members of TSTA and the AFT members... When you meet one out of school, many of them act like folks coming from a UAW meeting down at the hall. When I hear members talking about finding ways to go on strike, I raise an eyebrow.

    Another teachers organization in Texas promotes it as a profession, not a vocation and you can tell from the members attitudes.

    I am not a teacher but spouse/parents/grandparents were teachers. And I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
