This video was created using the Spore Creature Creator.
this uses a dual mouth nesting technique to create the unique face. while I had intended this to be an umber hulk of dungeons and dragons fame, this is what the end results produced. Face is decent. body is lackluster.

its not a hack its just a layering of one mouth within another. Simply scale one mouth down and place it within the confines of another to get that effect.
