Epiphone LP vs Mexican Strat

I botched a few parts, but you get the picture. So I played pretty much the same thing over on two different guitars. Which one do you think sounds better?

General Consensus: Fender is better with clean and Les Paul is better with distortion.

Also, i made this vid mroe than a year ago now and i'm ALOT better now so stop commenting on how much i suck cuz i know i did and i also know thats a fender mexican strat and a epiphone les paul and that i used both the bridge pickups only which was dumb so sry, but they still sound different even with that so ya, stop with the hating

it really pisses me off when people compare an epi to a fender an epi isnt even a fucking proper les paul a proper les paul is a gibson les paul.. a gibson les paul you can compare to the strat the only reason you buy an epi is if you cant afford a gibson and you will see slash or jimmy page with there proper les pauls and you will be ashamed

les pauls are less versatile than the strat, which can fit comfortably into any genre pretty much, including metal if you wish. since the les paul runs on humbuckers, it generally struggles with cleans more, although i do love me a nice gibson powerchord. fender all the way though!
