This video is about secondary miniinvasive rhinoplasty by Serdev suture - shortening of the nose and obtaining of aesthetic facial proportions after hump and irregularities removal due to previous rhinoplasty in another country. The lower alar cartilages are rotated and suspended to the nasal bone periosteum. The author uses mini-mini Serdev needle and USP 0 bulgarian semielastic thread. The suture alignes the dorsum of the nose after the hump and irregilarities removal.
