As we learned in the first Growing Wisdom Trillium video, Trillium can take seven years to produce flowers. But they're unusual for other reasons, too. Scott LaFleur, Botanic Garden Director for the New England Wild Flower Society, tells us more about the curious structure of the Trillium plant and the interesting way it propagates itself.
