La Lune Noire (The Black Moon) are a band based in Dordrecht, Holland. Formed out out of previous bands Under the Rose and Say When! Influenced by the likes of Gary Numan and Front 242, they make their music on their own home studio.

The song is written based on the yamaha AN1X synthesizer. Lyrically it's basicly a protest song again president Bush, using religion as a cover up for making war for his glory and money. "In the name of the father, in the name of the son" can not only be explained as God and Jesus, but also as Bush sr. and jr.

La Luna Noire are :
Sven (nevS): drums, programming
Victor (vix) : vocals, synth, guitar

  • Quite exceptional guys! I really like the video. The shots go very well with the atmosphere of the music (and your name). Excellent too that it is for a good course ;)

  • Well done Sven and Victor. I already heard the song, and the video makes it complete. A perfect video a la Svinx, with an even perfect message. What will the next song be on You Tube. Noche noche? Keep up the good work.

  • No! HAGOG would be disappointed

  • Great ... Great video too, though at first I didn't watch it so as to focus on the audio.

  • hmmmm.....

    - Rather Bad Timing, therefore the song doesnt groove...

  • - Give the song(s) to some professionals to listen to. Perhaps they can tell you what's to improve

    sorry guys...

but go on! - cause music is one of the best things on earth you can do!!!

  • Good work guys !

Song keeps repeating in my head after listening only once. Very nice song.

    Great video too !

Looking forward to see and hear more songs of you.

    Take care, Dirk-Jan

  • The song has a catchy sound that is picked up by the brain immediately. Towards the end however I'm losing focus. It is getting a bit monotonous, in my opinion caused by too few variations in rhythm / refrains and maybe pace. The video is a good piece, their familiarity of photographic scenery and settings are clear. I would like to encourage them to be even more creative about new poses and gestures.
