they should just stick to sprints...

you could use the resistant bands and tie them to a pole and let them lift there leg up to also increase their speed but don't lift it to high.

This is what we do in Serbia too when starting with kids training, it's very effective for the minors!! :)

not to be rude,
but these excersises are simple and most everyon knows them, and they arent exactly the most affective,
i would appreciate if you could get a vid of an actual pro speed camp which would be much more helpful,

would u happen to know how to stretch or help your hip flexors so when i run hard i dont pull them muscles..im the fastest kid in my area and it really sucks to pull them. please helpo if you can or write back .thanks

I would suggest side lunges, side leg raises, hip rotators forward and backward over hurdles or something approx that height.
