Call of the Road - Trip Prep Part One

Getting ready for my motorcycle trip with some modifications to the FJR, as well as the planned routes?

Let me know which route you would take, east or west.

I would go West. Not sure when or where on the East coast the hurricane is supposed to hit. The sights out East would be similar to Michigan while the sights out West would be different.

@oppossumhead Yeah Irene is looking to pound the East Coast. I think West is looking better each day.

I would go with route 3 but , it's your call. Best one is just enjoy and ride safe :-)

East has been wet and the West has been hot......which do you hate the worst?? lol

"Go west young Man!" They make cooling vests(search exactly) that work at 59 degrees for 2-1/2 hours and recharge quickly. Also there is the 661 core cooler that can work for hours on end. What ever you do have a great time man.
