Mugen #695: Angel of Death

Like #680, title is a Slayer reference.

This Leo I used in #692, and it cameoed for a bit in #694. Given he's based on RyouWin's Kung Fu Marvel (See #227 for that atrocity), he has a similarly annoying AI. However, his supers are not invincible (I've hit him out of Hercules' Rush before). He sometimes falls through the floor and never comes back. This happened twice. He got suspeneded in the air offscreen once too. QCF+2P does nearly the same in chip damage as it does in unblocked damage. This was changed to far less damage in both situations. Hitting him during Greedia Warlord (QCB+2P) sometimes causes the BG to flicker. Can't comment on this as the super's been removed in the newer beta. Many moves and movements have no sounds (they've since been added). He uses the default sparks (those are GOKUSSJ6's JJBA 2007 sparks I have for the lifebar's fightfx BTW). He now has the CFAS sparks. He seems small for who he is. He's been scaled properly now. Like I said in #692, it's hard to give feedback on this since I have an overhauled beta from last week, the release is soon, and this beta is totally obsolete. It's alright, and fun on occasion as a look back.

This Suigintou was released back in January 2008, and went offline almost immediately after release (I got it from DarkKnightCecil back then). It's surprisingly not bad. Damage is OK, though DP+2P and QCB+2K do too much. She's too fast overall when attacking. Sprites and anims could use some work. One winpose is echoed (and boy does it become creepy due to it). CLSNs don't seem good (I managed to cancel out this Leo's attacks, and THOSE have infinite priorities). She's too much like Morrigan (though QCB+P is a nice touch (she has a sword in Rozen Maiden I believe as well as in much of the artwork)). Really, for being the only Rozen Maiden char (to my knowlege), it's actually not bad.
