  • The person who uploaded this trailer has the release date wrong. Dreamscape came out on August 15, 1984, not 83. Also, Craven couldn't have ripped off from this movie. A Nightmare on Elm Street was released November 16, 1984, just a few months later. So both movies were in production at the same time roughly. Craven was filming Elm Street before Dreamscape came out.

  • @TheManWhoFelltoEarth Hi , Date corrected... Thanks for your input :)

  • @Mappyman same here! I was really young when I saw this. All I remembered was certain scenes looked red, the word dream in the title and denis quaid or james spader was in it. Such a creepy movie, but such a theme of the 80's

  • I would LOVE to see a sequel !! I was in high school when this came out. A modern sequel would be terrific !

  • Rio! Ay caramba!!

  • @515sbest Indeed and it was a lousy movie anyway, this was more compelling.

  • This was a good movie. Watched it last night on netflix. Loved the premise, cheesy at times but overall, a very good sci-fi/fantasy film! I recommend it!

  • Watched this with my babysitter when I was only 5 years old. SUCH scary memories, especially the snake guy and wolves. Was glad to finally find this title so I can relive my dreams again. Inception got nothin on this freakyness!

  • I loved this movie since I was a kid. Saw it back in 1986. Total rocker.
