@Mappyman same here! I was really young when I saw this. All I remembered was certain scenes looked red, the word dream in the title and denis quaid or james spader was in it. Such a creepy movie, but such a theme of the 80's

I would LOVE to see a sequel !! I was in high school when this came out. A modern sequel would be terrific !

@515sbest Indeed and it was a lousy movie anyway, this was more compelling.

This was a good movie. Watched it last night on netflix. Loved the premise, cheesy at times but overall, a very good sci-fi/fantasy film! I recommend it!

Watched this with my babysitter when I was only 5 years old. SUCH scary memories, especially the snake guy and wolves. Was glad to finally find this title so I can relive my dreams again. Inception got nothin on this freakyness!

I loved this movie since I was a kid. Saw it back in 1986. Total rocker.
The person who uploaded this trailer has the release date wrong. Dreamscape came out on August 15, 1984, not 83. Also, Craven couldn't have ripped off from this movie. A Nightmare on Elm Street was released November 16, 1984, just a few months later. So both movies were in production at the same time roughly. Craven was filming Elm Street before Dreamscape came out.
