The portrait....did we lose Grahm Edge? His "Celtic Sonant" was so inspiration for me, as a writer: "He failed to remember there was a price on his head". My favorite song from this album is "Wherever You Are". It drags tears out my eyes nearly every time. and thank you, red baron; I'm still getting u.tube updates from our common interest. and they Should get inducted soon, don'tyathink?
@JohnMan59 Yeah, I thought it came from left field myself...for me the music is clearly a love-song, but its interesting how different people, with very different life-experiences and world views, can interpret it differently, yet still value the music. For "Jesusgirl" apparently, the "Y" would need to be capitalized, because to her "All that is real is You", is a reference to God. I'm not sure thats what the Moody Blues had in mind, but as long as she appreciates them, right?
@TheBloodPhoenix Thought as much. I simply must protest any context that brings Jesus into the discussion. I fully understand all meanings of intercourse....including the town in PA. Just thought the general message was not germane to the Moodies.
Such is the language of the believer panting after present fellowship with Jesus, he is sick for his Lord. Gracious souls are never perfectly at ease except they are in a state of nearness to Christ; for when they are away from Him they lose their peace. The nearer to Him, the nearer to the perfect calm of heaven; the nearer to Him, the fuller the heart is, not only of peace, but of life, and vigour, and joy, for these all depend on constant intercourse with Jesus
They have been so much a part of our lives for...all of our lives. Words can't even express it, but we still try. Thank you so much for being here, Moodies:)

@JohnMan59 John, pretty sure she didn't mean in that sense! LOL
This word has "gone out of style", except for sex, but once meant-
1- connection or dealings between persons or groups
2- exchange esp. of thoughts or feelings: communion
Jesusgirl maybe still uses the word in its archaic sense, though thats uncommon.
Americans today know what "Alas" & "Thou" mean, but don't use them in conversation!
This type of error is commonly made by people for whom English is a 2nd language.

@27Jesusgirl You so did NOT just say "...constant intercourse with Jesus" did you? That is just so wrong
and un-Christian of you. And isn't this about the Moody Blues? I think you watched the WRONG video.
Go Moodies....next stop, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!
