To much Q sounds cool, but it freaks people out, it makes them freeze.
... That is the opposite of what you want, so the high low pitch of the Q is better.

Ok now, reguarless of how cool it sounds because Im all for as much Q as possbile the fact is that its effectiveness is greatly reduced when used in this fashion. its the rise and fall of the tone that pentrates vehicles and gains the attention of other motorists not simply the noise itself. Not to mention the unneceessary wear and tear on the sirens motor and bearings....
