i know, photoshop is much better than ms paint, but you can still make very accurate drawings on ms paint. look up some videos of people making drawings in ms paint, the results will truly amaze you

the pspx can sell for about 40 to 70 dollors now adays.
but theres a new version pspXI wich is about 120 dollors

you dont need this program, you can use ms paint (to make the frames) and windows movie maker, it will just take longer
