The Dance was faster than they felt, but

@robstott123 This is absolutely brilliant. I first heard this when serving as a soldier in Northern ireland in the early 80s. It has haunted me ever since. I have never heard it again until today. I think it was played on radio 1 one evening (dunno what show) I had it stuck in my head that is was by "The icicle works" but extensive searching failed to turn anything up until today. More than a happy chappy - this is just genius music. Man with a big silly grin :-))

Wij hadden het singeltje ook en werd helemaal grijs gedraaid en de buren genoten mee.

Wat een verschrikkelijk mooie plaat is dit toch en toch zo vergeten! Het singeltje is uiteraard al lang kwijt en de laatste jaren aan het brainstormen hoe dat liedje ook al weer genaamd was want wou het weer hebben. En nu net krijg ik opeens White-Sox in mijn hoofd en ja hoor hier is ie weer!! Bedankt Frederic en Fabrice!!

@jasparstraat Heb je gelijk in!! Ik ben zelf 14 jaar, en de meeste muziek van deze tijd vind ik echt dom. Enigste wat ik nog meer leuk vond wat er in kwam is Boney M, Beattles, George Michael en Michael Jackson. Ik wou dat ik maar geboren was in de jaren 70-80.

In de aanbieding-bak omdat hij de top-40 niet gehaald had. Kant a was de 8 minuten versie, kant b de 4 minuten versie (of andersom) Jammer dat het geen hit is geworden!
