This is a comprehensive tutorial/how to video on downloading, installing and configuring AWN using repositories. AWN is a dock/app launcher/taskbar application that is inspired by MacOS X-es dock, or whatever that thing on the bottom of the screen's called. The application's not only nice on the eyes it's also quite useful as you will soon realise after watching this video.

If by any chance you do not have AWN in your repositories then add this one to your repos list:

deb http://repoubuntusoftware.info karmic all#Ultimate Edition Repository

However if you're running a Linux different to Ubuntu 9.10 (or Ubuntu 9.10 based distros, as my Mint in this video) than change the word "karmic' in this line to the approperiate name according to Ubuntu's distributions naming convention. The repo above does not belong to me, it is a part of Ultamatix which can be found at this address - http://ultamatix.com/

AWN's current website's address - http://wiki.awn-project.org/index.php?title=Main_Page
