  • did u break the nose and glue it on thats what it look like

  • ah yeah...it split a little bit when bending it. doh!!!

    I hit it with a little extra Gorilla Glue to "fix it", and continued with it for the video's sake. it doesn't look pretty as it could, but it'll still be strong and function.

    it split where there was a gouged/weak spot...that's what I get for using junk/scrap foam.

  • what does the stringer do? i cant imagine it it makes it stronger, if anything weaker. counldnt you just make a template and cut out 1 thicker piece of foam and then shape the tail and nose by hand?

  • @Itsmyzelf is is basically useing insolation foam. you can get it at any home depo or lows

  • @Itsmyzelf you need to use tow parts for the stinger
