most singers will always use a mix of back track with live singing and its understandable, it is hard putting all the energy they do into it and still get everything perfect, it backs up the performance and does not mean that he isnt ALSO signing live

I love Meatloaf and I just love his words and the messages behind them with each song he does. Those that say he's lip singing sometimes, look at the guy at the panio. I think he might be that guy your hearing.

i dont think he is lip syncing they are using a backing track though and thats y it might look that way at 2:03 ish but there are also some tells that he is really singing like the way he bends a little on the tougher notes thats a technique to protect a tired voice from harm and the way there are subtle differences from the recorded version and this one.
