I liked this quote "Wow! The supple utilization of the human mind? Or the unconscious result of random undirected chemical reactions?"

  • @lambiziness Atheists have even told me that I am a slave (to an old outdated book) and that they are free people and can do much of those things "our book" calls sin. But they really have it backwards. If they were "free" to sin, they would also be free to "not" sin. But they are not able to stop themselves because their "want to" has become so strong that it becomes a need, and by this, they become a slave to sin and they are not free at all but deceived into thinking they are.

  • @lambiziness ...and all a person needs to do is believe...and say thank you Jesus! He will do the rest; and then you will have Joy unspeakable: "Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now you see Him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with Joy unspeakable and full of Glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls. 1 Peter 8 & 9

  • @4GodSoLoves Amen. "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and give you a new heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments and do them...and ye shall be my people". Ezekiel 36:26-28

  • @lambiziness Jesus told us, "I AM The Way, The Truth, and The Life: No one comes to Father, but by me". John 14:6,11-13 "Believe me the I AM in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works (miracles) sake. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be Glorified in the Son.

  • @lambiziness In order to see God one has to have a pure heart. “Blessed are the pure of heart, for they shall see God.” To have a pure heart, one has to "want to", because with the want to comes repentance, and with repentance comes a pure heart. The one whose heart is hardened can’t see God, because he doesn’t "want to" repent of sin. Sin embraced, hardens the heart against God.

  • @ReverendWyrm Therefore an atheist, and a Christian, both have to use faith because NOTHING is IRREFUTABLE. WE ARE ALL IN A PARADOXICAL STATE. PEACE

  • @ReverendWyrm (cont) Quantum physics, astrophysics, etc., are all paradoxes. What is meant by "paradoxes"?; that we really don't know. Evolution is a theory, space is explained with theories, carbon-14 dating is a theory. So we are all in a "paradoxical state" Where do "paradoxes" exist? In the mind of the "observer": not necessarily in fact. So, whether an atheist, Satanist, Christian, Jew or Gentile, we are accepting what we believe by FAITH. Period; end of story.

  • @ReverendWyrm Don't be so foolish. You can not put God in a box. You can never fully explain with your carnal mind the things of God: they are spiritually discerned. His ways are higher than your ways; His thoughts are high than your thought. Everything you've learned is wrong. Man is still baffled by the true definition of matter; and to properly explain the mystery of mass; and the notion that free-space is equivalent to nothing or nothingness; and whether math is a property of matter. (cont)

  • @ReverendWyrm I AM not Anonymous. I AM not Legion. I will forgive. I will forget. Expect me.

  • @ReverendWyrm cont...that if He did not send someone to help steer them toward Him, left on they're own they were on the fast-track to hell. The lost person was not predestined to serve God. By God knowing the future, He is able to "intercept" those headed to hell; so out of His mercy, and by His omniscience He was able to help guide this lost soul without going against their free-will. Don't ever believe in predestination; because it will cause you to err. Ask God if you need wisdom. Selah
