Before a packed house, Kenneth R. Miller delivered an excellent lecture on the intersection of evolution, religion, and American education as part of the UAB "First Thursday" Lecture Series at the Spencer Honors House. After the talk, he participated in an extended Q&A session. Here is one of the questions he discussed

  • Dr. Miller also tells us how to disprove evolution.

    /watch?v=BXdQRvSdLAs

"If we don't find it (fused chromosome) evolution is wrong."

He invented a rule that might support human evolution, but also proves the first two 48-chromosome apes were created. "If we don't find it, evolution is wrong."

    To summarize this rule:

    (1) fused chromosomes may be evolved, but

    (2) unfused chromosomes were created.

  • @njs811271 "I agree with Dr. Miller. The research has been done"

I'm restating MrJonnyrace's comment for the truth.

Its been 150 years, and no one has come up with anything better then evolution to explain the diversity of life. The creationist for as much noise as they are capable of making, can't even cite one paper supportive of their own position.

Contrast that to the theory of gravity. There are hundreds of real papers offering an challenge to the current theory yet the creationists have 0

  • @MrJohnnyrace Oh? How many times have you been? I mean someone with a scientific brain like yours wouldn't form an answer to a hypothesis without first testing it. That is part of the scientific method correct? "Ask a question, background research, hypothesis, test hypothesis with an experiment, analyze, report results. So you are either giving an opinion, or your scientific method is backwards. Which one is it?

  • @Craigmw45 " yet your trying to speak as though your an authority." and who are you? Richard Dawkins?

  • @njs811271 That isn't square one of carbon dating. That isn't even related. To someone who actually knows what it is, the physics behind it, and how to do it, your question is completely nonsensical.

People are saying your getting owned, because you seem to know nothing of the subject your posting about, yet your trying to speak as though your an authority.

  • @KCArmstrongXIIV I like how people study very little of science and yet feel they know everything. By the way how many years does it take for one carbon atom to be removed from an object? This is square one in carbon dating.

  • @njs811271 u just got owned....lol!

  • @Seekmosttoprophesy Not all sedimentary layers are from water, dummy.

  • Open with a joke, talk until people stop listening. Win!

  • @Seekmosttoprophesy

He's no geologist. There are geologists at your closest universe that can explain this to you. If you find out that what you present is correct then please let everyone know.
