At 4:00 AM November 1, 2009, WXXC-FCA permanently signed off the air 10 years to the day INNCD 47 signed on the air for the first time. The first program INNCD 47 aired was the 1980's sitcom Empty Nest.
Later that day at 6:00 AM November 1, 2009, WXXC-FDT signed on the air for the first time. It's first program on WXXC-FDT is Cornerstone with John Hagee.
