Kris Dunn scored 26 points and New London completed a perfect season by defeating Northwest Catholic of West Hartford, 63-55, to win the CIAC Class L boys' basketball championship Saturday night at Mohegan Sun Arena.
Dunn also had seven rebounds and four assists for the Whalers, who finished 27-0, while Torin Childs-Harris added 15 points and Malcolm Simmons finished with nine points and 10 rebounds
