i don't agree with your comment because you're only blaming western sanction for everything that has happened in MM. i agree that the sanction put strains on MM, however everything that has happened and is happening inside MM relating to our people is from the actions of our burmese government. education system for example is something burmese government can improve but the government is so afraid that if people are educated they won't be able to control them.
@Rockin2NE12 Its western sanctions that have made Myanmar suffer. The very sanctions that Aung San Suu Kyi supports, making the lives of ordinary citizens in our nation very hard.
those of you that are accusing aung san suu kyi of being a murderer and a criminal, think carefully. what is the current state of our country under the junta. take a good look at our people's lifestyle inside myanmar. who caused them to live in poverty and depression. who is responsible for the poor education system, communication system, transpiration system & isolated our country from the rest of the world. ask yourself, did aung san suu kyi caused our people to live in the 3rd world country?
I am a person neither who is a junta nor who is supporting the Junta. But, I am just telling the match of the mean point. I don't interesting on whether Suh Kyi was the leader of 8888's. But, I know that who is Aung San Suh Kyi exactly. I have seen her once in 2003. That's it.
I would like to ask Aung San Suh Kyi that how could dare to accept the Nobel prize??. Then, I would like ask the leaders of the world who prized the Nobel prize to Aung San Suh Kyi mistakenly. After you (Suh Kyi) stepped in Myanmar, Many many of innocent People in Myanmar got many kinds of havoc. Many, many women/girls have been raped. You (Aung San Suh Kyi) owe huge to the People or Myanmar. I have became an orphan because of Aung San Suh Kyi's blind steps. I lost father due to her.
@MrCa1988 can you confirm some facts? she did nto lead the 8888, the uprises of 8888 started long before march and she learned of the turmoils and struggles only when she returned, by your logic you should blame all the university students who started the protests in front of police stations during march. Are you blind ? and you are totally missing the point ...so you are saying everyone should just stay put under repressive military junta? your comment makes me fear what kind of a person u r
@MrCa1988 I am sorry for your father, but slowly, you will know that she's not doing this for herself, and apparently she's doing this for the Burmese people. she doesn't have to do anything if she was a selfish person just trying to benefit from everyone else...slowly you will know she's not just a legend, but somebody who truly loves her people, her nation, her country...that's why she fights for freedom, human rights, democracy for the Burmese people with love and peace.
@MrCa1988 go fuck yourself.. at least she devoted her life for her country, who the fuck are u? traitor? or u are one of fucking military side person,, get lost ..
A real Myanmese criminal is Daw Aung San Suu Kyi since 8 / 8 / 1988 till now. More than 3,000 people's lives were ended including my father's, and many, many lives of myanmese's have been ruined. She snagged my whole life else. She got the profound credit on us. She have a lot to compensate us. Every day, I have been receiving the despises of the other which I don't like the most, because of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi. She have made me totally slam my life. It is not just a say, but the truth.
