Indeed, English translation is partly rough and witnesses some ignorance of the matter. Maybe the subtitled Spanish version is better to use.

Great documentation of EuroNews, there is versions in serveral languages. It's about installing Free and Open Software (FOSS) for educational usage (schools). And it is about local economy and its development by IT services.
