@sijkenyon Back in the glory days of the superclub Cream, when Oakenfold was at his peak. I didn't go to Cream that many times (live much further south) but I have some very fond memories of that place in the late 90's. There was a particular vibe in that place and that particular time that I've never felt anywhere else...

Is it just me, or does this track sound ahead of its time? Outside of the clap and some of the drum work, AVB could have thrown this on A State of Trance 2003 or 2004 and not many would have known the difference. (Or if they had, they wouldn't mind as this track is truly brilliant.)

When I first heard this back in Jan 17, 1999, as a Trance lover, it was the best. Better than anything else. Seminal. Ever.

Arisen has surpased it in scope, however, the genius that produced the latter, began with the former.

This is the sweetest trance song. Two tips. Play it loud. And dance your ass off, to the non-beat.
