Recorded by my friend Karen on 10/13/07 in Phoenix, Arizona. I love and respect each member of Chicago - they ARE one of my favorite bands. If you leave a rude comment, it will be promptly deleted.

  • Very interesting. No tell Lover was the only song off Hot Streets (fall of 78) to make the Billboard top 100 in 1979 finishing the year @ #99. And if I'm not mistaken co written by Mr. Danny Seraphine. A fantastic song off of an album that I always thought was pretty darn good. Hard to believe but Alive again didn't even place. Seraphine's melodic, powerful, and yet sensitive drumming on the original cannot be replaced. Nor can Cetera's vocals.

  • @bit50s Alive Again is my favorite song from Hot Streets!

  • I've had the pleasure of meeting Lee a couple times (1993 and 1994) and he was very gracious and friendly with the fans.

I think my favorite Lee studio vocal is "This Time" off Chicago XI. I'd love to see the band dust off that one and let Lee sing one of his own songs live rather than one of Peter's.

  • Hey Perplexio!

I've heard Lee is a nice guy too! And I too would love to hear him sing one of his own songs rather than Peter's!...Melinda

  • Great work by Lee Loughnane in this performance covering lead vocal, guitar and trumpet! I'd like to see this performed again in 2010. Thanks for posting this.

  • Love Color My World!!! One of my Favs.

  • I'm impressed by Lee Loughnane's musical skills, not just on trumpet but in singing and guitar. I figured Jason Scheff would have sang the song but I guess the vocals weren't satisfactory.

  • This was written by Lee loughnane!

  • @Perplexio He also sang Colour My World on the 2010 tour. He does great on that song too.

  • Just did this as a cover tune for my last gig. Went over well. Great tune, great memories. Thank you for posting mmelindam!

  • @bit50s actually lee wrote no tell lover, and you're right about seraphine and cetera

  • @mmelindam Lee, Danny and the cry-baby Cetera(who? ) wrote the song!

  • @Perplexio Yes Lee is always very nice with the fans.....very gracious person...

I've met him a few times and he's always very nice.

I like "This Time" too, but my favorite is "Song of the Evergreens". I got to talk to Lee in an online chat in 1997 about SOTE and he said he was honored that Terry asked him to sing lead....
