Euh... The dude is NOT dead! He is paddling as soon as he gets his kayak back upright, and if you've ever kayaked you KNOW that a kayak does NOT just roll back into its upright position, but you need to use a technique by quickly shifting your paddle to come back up. No dead man can do that...
