Yes, he believes that we can accomplish the goal of having better schools by not increasing the wages for teachers who make a subpar income as it is. Another "change" he wants to implement is lowering the minimum wage. You've got a guy that is trying to campaign on "change" just because democrats have been in power in this state for a long time. Just because that is the case, it doesn't entitle him to a position that he is not qualified for.
