  • This is an NCLEX REVIEW! You should know what TPN is and what is in it by now if you are going to take or are enrolled in this course. If you don't understand what she is talking about in this video and you are in 4th semester, you have got bigger problems!

  • i m sorry but this lady is not teaching it good. SHe needs better examples. She shouldnt read it, but teaching. All you stuff should be supported by examples. When you talk about some TPN please be very clear what it is. Not just...do you remember TPN and what it does?

  • a. If you use diuretics its increases GFR.Plese Read also Textbook of pharmacology by KATZUNG .

    b. Drug interactions can alter GFR one can be increased excretion and other not.

    c. Reaching renal Threshhold may cause osmotic effect may increase GFR

    Please finish a course like Medicine or Masters in pharmacology before you state infos that are very VAGUE and INCOMPLETE.Incompleteness to info relates to NEGLIGENCE.
