@angrygunsmith on RDL u use hamstrings ...........
-
Is it normal to feel a tension in the thigs? It feels a little like squat. I mean I use my thighs to lift in the beginning of the lift. Please answer. Thank You!!
-
You demonstrate a great deadlift here. Nice stance and grip widths and you squat only as much as you need to, no more. The people who are saying you squat too low or your stance is wrong don't know what they're talking about and probably aren't very strong anyway.

@SaMiM3431 it might look wrong if someone like him is using 5 kilos on ea side it will make a difference when hes close to his max

Acho que a pegada etar errada com muito peso fica muito ruim pegar assim tem que ser invertidas

the form is wrong...
-
it's not proper deadlift dude. U can never lift heavy weight like that stance.
Ur doing squat rather than deadlift.
-
this form is good for casual lifters or someone trying to rehab. But the simple fact is that very few people will ever pull big numbers like this.
-
u have to pull with your back half of the way..next day u will feel all your back muscles. The good pain..not the lumbar pain..be careful with the hip joints like the femur head.
you said dont lift with our back!! You are supposed to lift with your back but only for a small portion of the lift! Also, the romanian deadlif involves only using oyur back, and when lowering the knees arent bent for the RDL?? so why id u say u must bend knees when lowering ya watever bye

true..you will use your back for a portion of the lift. I know, this vid is a quick explanation and I wanted to emphasize using the legs in the initial part of the lift. That is the part where people straighten their legs and lift with their back. Also, this is a deadlift, not an RDL. RDL's are predominately for the hamstrings, not the low back. Hope that clears things up a bit.

please explain.

Your description is too basic & by saying "focusing on using your legs" you'll get people only using their legs, which is wrong, you do use your back for part of the move as your extend you hips, the reason of keeping your back straight / arched it to put pressure on your back safely, respectively.

good point. I was mainly concerned with the first portion of the lift when people lift their hips and then pull the weight with their back. I find this is the most common error when doing the deadlift. By focusing on "using the legs" people will keep their butt down in the initial part. When I redo this video I will explain it in more detail. thanks.
