  • what a nice version congratulations beautiful song my fav from tommy

  • Hey,

I imagine that you get a real true sound of the Gretsch with the acoustic amp. I play 3 Gretsch guitars: a 6128T Duo Jet, a 6120 Nashville a la Setzer, and an old Black Falcon with new TV Jones pickups and Sperzel tuners. I play them through a Vox AC30 and sometimes break out the old '59 Bassman.

You are a great player keep on twangin.

    Gretsch rocks in Hoosierland!

  • Thank's. I took a chance playing Tommy on electric, but I think great music knows no bounds. I really appreciate the feedback.

  • Thank's Mikey! I'm glad to inspire you, but I struggle with a lot of stuff. Like right now I'm "trying" Jerry Reed Banjo style rolls. It all takes practice.
