This is definately MGS VR, but I can also beleive that at one time this was supposed to be the commander's room.

Uh, this is literally just the final Mystery stage from MGS:Integral/VR Missions/Special Missions. The countdown is the time you have to clear that stage. There are pictures on the wall of the MGS production team and a variety of joke references to MGS placed around the room. The "beta room" you claim doesn't actually exist. If it did, it couldn't look anything like this because this room is full of references to the content of the completed game.

i don't understand the point of your video XD
Everyone know that it's MGS VR and this room was never used as a beta purpose for testing the MGS engine or something else.
i've seen beta version of MGS, and it's not like that ;)
Why to use a closed environnement like this for testing purpose ?
the REAL beta test was in "Hanger Floor B2 (Armory)" in MGS 1, not in this room :P
(i've seen the real video from MGS Alpha/pre-alpha test)
