If memory serves, Rambo actually fought the police in his first movie. It is a very very bad thing when an officer acts like First Blood Rambo.

If memory also serves, he never jumps onto someone, then jumps off and arrests him. When Rambo jumps on you, it means hes going to stab you or release you (again, first movie, which I think the video creator did not watch).

Excessive ? All the cop did was jump over the car and straddle him to cuff him and so if when he jumped over the hood his foot might have barely touched him where he landed or maybe the cops leg skimmed him while straddling down to cuff him. Jesus, just barely breath on a criminal and watch the leftist start whining and crying wolf. Maybe this is why our country is so dangerous you think ?
