joining the "beat Asylum Demon with bare hands club" my heart was racing i ALMOST died right before his last blow! man this game is amazing...i had a SLIVER of health the last 4 of his bars

one hit i would have died.....man that was intense as hell lol

Oh wow. So they decided to give you a reward for beating him bare handed? Nice. :)

@VioletZer0 You'll actually get the reward as long as you beat him before getting your weapon/etc.

Like, one of my friends, since he didn't know about the pendant/old witch's ring/master's key/etc, picked the firebombs as a gift.

He killed Asylum Demon in like 15 seconds with the fire bombs and also got the reward.

@OwariNoAiyoku What does the pendent do? I know the witch's ring lets you talk to a certain character and master key unlocks everything but I don't know what the pendant will do.

@Euphoniumplayer29 To be honest, I'm not sure. But I trust the game's director, and he said that he suggested that everyone pick the pendant in their first run, so I did.

Also did this, he hit me while he was on an ounce of HP left, was crapping my self thinking I was dead for sure but I survived with a silver of HP left and managed to get the final hit in.

Felt really fucking awesome doing this :D really gets the adrenaline going indeed.

I actually did it! God that was hard. I had about one hit of health left with 6 bars to go I didn't think I would make it. I have to hand it to you though. If I hadn't seen your video I would've kept fighting him right in his face and dying because you can only roll past attacks (while still being in the attack) for so long. If you want to beat the Ass-ylum Demon with your fists, just backstep his sweep, watch for the attack where he slams the ground with his mace, and punch away.

Okay, I tried this for about an hour last night and I could never get him past 3 bars of health. It drove me so crazy I can't believe it. I wish I could kill him with my barefists because my mind is set on it but I'm too stupid to accept that I'm not good enough for it :(

@OwariNoAiyoku Really? Didn't hear that. I think I'm gonna start a thief class or a knight class and choose the pendant. Probably thief since they automatically get the master key which isn't obtainable in game, and I've heard that you can obtain the pendant later on but you can only get the master key by getting it as a starting gift.
