@RyanDotTv I'm just started Level 2. You should know that I have trippeled the intensity in the last three weeks. It was really hard at times, but the results seem to be amazing. It's like first you are going into an emotional pit (like with a catapult) but then you are skyrocketed to more confidence and joy.
