After a terrible day at addington last weekend (you can see at the end) took her to moulton college on sunday and did the clear round at 80cm and the british novice to give her a bit of confidence after last week. I know it was far too small for her but even the big'uns need a confidence boost sometimes too ya know! She was brilliant, clear in the clear round and had 4 messy poles in the bn just because I didn't ride her forward enough but I am getting there.
This is a horse that does not like to move forward and doesn't even like to gallop when asked and would rather just canter on the spot all day looking all posh lol. But when she does move forward with a good rhythm she jumps beautifully!
Hope you're all well! Taking her out in the trailer to ashridge for a hack at the weekend then patchetts the week after! Trying to get her out little and often at the moment so she can actually learn her job after all the time she's had off!
Love this horse and wouldn't have her any other way.
It's also been a year since her best friend was put down infront of her so I'm glad as he would have been proud of her! Rest in peace little dandy xx
Your a brill rider and you've you a beautiful horse there! well done x
