That 200 chip bet is so weak any half decent player knows you are trying to get to a cheap SD with a marginal hand, I'd be coming over the top with ATC. If you aren't putting out at least 1/2 pot you should be check/calling.

Why not bet on the flop. I know the board is draw heavy, but you already have enough information from the min raise, and if the Check-Raise with, say, AA or KK. you can get out cheaper than bet-turn and bet-river. Just looking for insight.

value betting /defensive betting the end there with just $200 is tricky..Marty is a good player and must know his opponent well enough to do that . Because if you did that to a better player (not necessarily an aggressive one) they would raise that puny bet and now youre in a tough spot .imo Better to defensive bet that spot half the pot so no he's in a tough spot.
