It's made out of 0.08" acrylic sheet. I heat formed the cone and main cylinder in the oven over forms bent from sheets of galvanized metal. Inlet and outlet made out of 3" acrylic tube. It's built using Bill Pentz plan. Thanks for looking.

Cool. What would be the advantage of acrylic over just sheet metal?
