Ron Paul is a strong proponent for homeschooling and has consistently voted to remove government jurisdiction from public schools, knowing that control should be put back into the hands of the parents.

  • I was homeschooled, now going for Neurosurgery at a university in Chicago; homeschooling gives the chance for kids to find their direction/calling in life.

  • HOMESCHOOLING PARENT take RESPONSIBILITY for their childrens education. In public school, kids are exposed to more negatives than positives. Teacher's express too much of their personal opinions, which has nothing to do with the classroom. Teacher's do have favorites, and they also dislike others. (Though they would never say it).

Public schools are not equal, nor do they affer the same quality of education. Are you rich? They your district is probably pretty good. Screw the poor kids!

  • Personal experience - my brother is gifted & has a similar experience like you. However, a couple kids who lived close to us & frequently spent their days at my house, my family called "the orphans" were "in home schooling" & they didn't know how to read or do math - & they were 10&12 yrs old ! SAD. Turns out the parents would get in trouble bc they were not sending the kids w/food or lunch money, clean clothes etc. to school. Just another example of home schooling positive & negative impact.

  • @williwo

"d it might actually bother me if it was actually COMMON among Home-schoolers, which it isn't. Nice Try"

so its common for schools to have crime, but not people' home. ROFL. what a flip flopper.

So you are a drug user. That would explain why your ability to comprehend simple things is lacking.

didn't know we had counties in europe. thats normal of conspiracy theorists like willwo to make things up.

  • @taledarkside I do live in the real world, genius....and have experienced the effects of drugs and violence. Try again. So because you went to school(most likely all in one County, like most people), that makes you think you don't need to use NATIONAL statistics? Wow, thats a real winning argument. Of course I dont want drug-using parents Home-schooling there children. And it might actually bother me if it was actually COMMON among Home-schoolers, which it isn't. Nice Try

  • @williwo

Looks like you went to public school.

  • @williwo

I don't have to go by statistics, because I went to school. Maybe you should live in the real world and not go by propaganda statistics.

So you rather have parents that use drugs and are in gangs to home school their kids versus public schools?

  • @disrxtA theory is something composed of both facts AND propositions, in an ATTEMPT to provide an explanation. To call it the highest degree of certainty in Science is both intellectually dishonest, and psychologically stupid. its a HYPOTHESIS.Its a type of SPECULATION. Its a MAYBE. You dont call a "Maybe" the highest degree of certainty. That would be what we refer to in lay terms as a "Proven Fact"..such as the existence of Water. Now shall we end this..or do you insist on beating yourself up?

  • @taledarkside And are you saying that problems ONLY exist in the Black neighborhoods? Sounds a little racially tinged, saying that drugs and shootings ONLY happen in Black Neighborhoods, when the statistical data shows otherwise. a VERY Dumbass comment on your point. You kind of Owned yourself there. Nice going

  • @taledarkside Really? I just see a Troll with a mediocre command of the facts. Because if you were genuine, you would already know that the drop-out rate is considered an EPIDEMIC, being at nearly 50% in major U.S. cities. "shootings are only happening at the black neighborhoods. Don't see that in white schools". Yeah, Columbine was such a BLACK school, now wasn't it? ROFL.......somebody just joined disrxt in getting severely PWNED.
