it won't work particularly well on close ups cos its operated by hand, not by motor, it tends to work better when the lens is locked at wide, and close to the floor. Try filming a landscape at floor level and you'll see what i mean.
@mrJoestar99 If it makes too much sound, you should try using a directional mic like a rode videomic so that way you can aim the mic away from the glidetrack and it won't pick up as much sound
I bought one and found it useless because of the noise it makes , I was going to use it in interviews with a second cam , no way unless you want the sound of a train going up and down in the backround

Try sandpaper it a bit at the place, and make it smooth

I got the same slider. Like mine it has those little hiccups in it. I tried spraying it with polish. Didnt help. Suggestions anyone?
