  • That statement alone should cost him the election. We are not a country driven by radical religion. Our country was founded on the principle of separation of church and state. The colonists fled Europe to escape such practices. Nevertheless, fear has caused us to regress to such primative standards. Religion teaches core values that laws are based on. BUT OUR GOVERNMENT IS NOT TO BE RUN ON ONE DENOMINATION'S VALUES!

  • That's simply not the case.

I will not dispute that Obama is a Christian, but he is also a secularist, which means he believes in the separation of church and state.

Huckabee has remarked that he wanted to change the constitution to make it more like God's word.

    Fareed makes a good point.

  • I've always felt that the religious right was jealous of Iran's theocracy.

"How come the get to repress women? Man........not fair."

  • ditto

  • ahahha soooooooooo true!!!!! this guy is brilliant

  • That quote is great! Exactly how I feel about the World and Religion. I'm liking this Fareed guy more and more. He's smart, insightful, direct, and doesn't seem to have some agenda or bias.

  • Exactly! ... that was my first thought when I heard Huckabee: Ahmadinejad couldn't have wised for more.

  • Awesome comment!....we dont need another theocracy in the world!
