THREE - EMPEROR CANNON QUAN - FAMOUS BOXING OF NORTH SCHOOL

Demonstrated by Pang Lianfu, gold metal winner of National Traditional Martial Arts Contest of China, the seven-generation exponent of the Three-emperor Cannon Quan. Introduction: Three-emperor Cannon Quan is one of the ancient kinds in China, including three different techniques: Heaven Emperor, Earth Emperor and Human Emperor (or the King of Heaven, the King of earth, the King of man). Here Heaven Emperor is introduced, which is the most characteristic in this school, with the characteristics: hard inside and soft outside, quick and sudden, changeable, and simple and plain. It is said: "Energy like gunpowder, fist like shell; attack in the moment when applying force."
