u serach any dam where.. Not even in one place they'l advice or tell u that steroid usage is good.. unless it a useless bb website and they r offering u stuff to buy..,

pardon me, the reason for valentinos case was just PURELY EXCESSIVE STEROID USE. IT IS THERE IN HIS CRIMINAL RECORD. DO U KNOW using steroids is illegal. if ur caught supplementing it, the fine is upto 7500 USD or jail

Well i dun know how far i am going. i work my ass off every single day, i eat good food, compramise on a lotta things to have a good physique, my trainers and fellows who r natural body builders have given a new face to actual BB.

There's nothing wrong with disagreeing and saying you wouldnt want to take steroids yourself, but having no respect for anyone who takes them is going too far. I suggest you do more research, Valentino did use steroids, but the cause for his disgusting arms is more multiple implants and synthol, which is not a steroid, its an oil that is injected. I dont see how one case like this can represent the many other thousands of people who take steroids and are living healthy lives and look great.

iv done my research.. done it really well.. in melbourne my guru is spreading natural body-building tremendously, its going well..

Now, i dun wanna argue with u over this.. u want to take supplements or steroids,, plz go on. i dont recommend, and my recommendation is not for u.. Personally i dont support it, and i dont respect any person consuming it.

Have you done any research on steroids? Why are you saying that someone shouldnt take it and will regret it after they do?
