When he tried to close the unit, the screen was pressing the buttons, changing the content on the screen by accident. The idea is great but the design is awful. Needs more work. I hope the next Kindle is flexible.

touch screen would make the buttons almost irrelevant and much more usable as a proper phone

Assuming that a touch membrane could even be made flexible by itself, it would still add thinkness to the screen so make the whole thing more difficult to bend.

ok it's not ugly it's a great gadget but i think it's stupid to use it like a mobile phone because it doesn't have enough keys to call or to send a text message u can only call to your favorites list...
