My '72 Vista Cruiser, finally on the road, being driven by my friend Blair. The nice thing, I was a passenger in his '69 Vista Cruiser being driven by his cousin Jamie so I could do this clip. Filming a Vista Cruiser from the seat of a Vista Cruiser. Does not happen every day.

  • NOTHING TO DO BUT TALK TO U, BUT UR ON MUTE, DAMMIT

  • @nery878 Sorry, this was an old Canon Power Shot camera that had no sound feature. It is sort of a tribute to the fellow (Blair442) driving the car for me so I could take the movie while I was sitting in HIS yellow Vista Cruiser. He passed on last April.

  • The 1972 version of a Cross-Over SUV.

  • @gillianorley He-he-he, what is old (1972) is suddenly so new again as folks say! Many Cross-Overs are now sporting 'revolutionary' and 'new' glass roofs.

  • "Hanging out

    Down the street

    The same old thing

    We did last week

    Not a thing to do

    But talk to you

    We're all alright

    We're all alright

    Hello Wisconsin!"

  • @johnp0729 Oh the many times I have heard this when I pull up to a light, never ceases to bring a smile to my face. And even more so when I take off - DOWN THE STREET - leaving them slack jawed a WAGON took off like that. Foreman would be proud indeed.

  • @Lovecarscranking It will be kept as an original engine with the carburetor, why mess with a good thing!? They are decent, reliable cars. Thank you for the words, the car keeps progressing.

  • @spikedpunk Keep the original engine it has, with its carb. They are great cars. Awesome, fantastic.

  • @coreseller Older cars are the best. Carburetor cars very easy, more cheaper to repair. Much better, more fun cars to have.

  • @spikedpunk decent mileage.... whats that mean with a car like that. I had a 1977 Oldsmobile ninety eight with the 403 V8 and it got about 12 MPG. Then again it would have been higher but i was only 19 years old when i owned it :)
