o.o sounds weird but playing random scratchy notes on the other side of the bridge will definitely sound worse. Btw kinda mean saying he's the worst violin player on the planet... I could play worse :D

Good for the person who cheered so loudly when he finished playing--he deserved it, and not in a sarcastic or mocking way. Good for that guy for having the guts to get up and perform. Good for him for being interested in music and the arts, because the arts are important and the violin is incredibly difficult. And shame on you for mocking that! You're the one who should be publicly ridiculed. Every violinist must start as a beginner, even Joshua Bell.
