my hair is long and and beautiful darling. In fact i dont think it has ever been this soft. Take a multi vitamin and a prenatal and your set to jet my friend! happy fasting!

I have fasted for Jesus Christ. It was a spirititual journey. It is very important to be aware of thoughts, emotions, and mental dialog during any kind of fast...because, the body is stressed from lack of food and that makes a person's core (psyche) open for attack. That is a serious consideration persons need to make before fasting. God bless you. :)
