  • The cookbook is from the Gooseberry Patch line. I think it's called something like "Gifts for Giving." I got it quite a few years ago from a local gift shop. You could probably find a used copy on Amazon.

  • could you post what size is the jar you used for the cookie mix. id like to make a few of these and want to go out and get some jars, but have no idea as to the size .thanks

  • The jars that we used were from our local craft store. The manufacturer is a company called Anchor Hocking and I believe the jar size is about a quart.
