i got a big question i read the readme and stuff but HOW do i extract them into there i mean i know how to but WHERE and what part specificly

You're going to need to find your steam/steamapps/common/left 4 dead/left4dead/sound/npc folder. Just go to your steam folder and navigate through there to find that location. This is where you extract the rar file to. It'll ask if you want to overwrite stuff, so say yes.
