Just a review of a few books I am in to. I say song at one point when I mean book.. Some bits may seem a bit weird but has taken ages to cut out all coughing because I am not 100% well at moment.

Books mentioned:

Stone Cold (don't ask me where silver stone came from it is not it's title!) - Robert Swindells

Smash - Robert Swindells

Wrecked - Robert Swindells

Sleepyhead - Mark Billingham

Hope you enjoy this and please if you try the books or have read them let me know what you think!

Kay :-)

  • genre... sounds like gonre

  • P.S u hav a nice singin voice

  • In Stone Cold, Link reminds of Numb by Linkin Park AND Linkin Park and Shelter reminds me of We Made It by Busta Rhymes and Linkin Park. Seriously ever since I learned about the characters in Year 9, they've just had that effect on me because the summer of 2008 had passed and I learned about those songs during that era so yeah, it's just the way it's been

  • stonecold is an awesome book

  • Kat2006uk.

My brother Robert Swindells wrote several of the books you mention. He continues to write but I think his books are aimed at a slightly younger market than you are now.I`m pleased to meet one of Bobs fans though, and so beautiful. Thanks for the comments.

  • I read stone cold when i was 10 and i have not put down a book since lol, if you like horror check out 'Chasm' by Stephen Laws i think you would love it

  • mark billingham is my dad. seriously (:

  • Cool Tree :)

  • A Christmas tree, in your first place! And you've only been there a short while. Very cool. Try "The Remorseful Day", Colin Dexter. (very 'British' story) ...Sweet dreams ^_^

  • Any of Michael Crichton's books are excellent. Michner is an engrossing read as well, but ponderous. Sarum (I forgot the author) is a great book about Britain. I also recommend The Kite Runner and Memoirs of a Geisha.
