This is a textile synthesizer prototype made of some very basic transistor touch sensors, and a few oscillators. Currently only a few of the electrodes were working but basically there is a root tone, and then each electrode can selectively lower the pitch (also combining with any other lowered buttons that are activated) by a fixed amount, allowing for trumpet-like control of the sound.

It's just a first prototype and our next version should be more stable.
